Clearly Maryland's Lower Eastern Shore region has a rich history filled with the unique and amazing stories of our people, our culture and our way of life. The beauty of our landscape, our rivers and rich fertile land, must have enticed our early visitors - as it entices visitors to this day. The mission of the D.D.H.T. partners - collectively over 14 local organizations - is to ensure these stories and traditions are videotaped and digitally archived for all to enjoy for years to come. Time is our enemy. Our people, places, and traditions are fading away before our eyes. In some cases our history is actually being washed away with the tides. That's exactly why this initiative was undertaken...if not to stop the march of time...to freeze it in it's tracks by videotaping and digital archiving all that we can - as quickly as we can - so future generations will be able to step back in time and see this history with their own eyes. If you support our mission, if you agree that we must digitally
archive the rich heritage of Maryland's Lower Eastern Shore, please make
a financial contribution today. All funds donated to D.D.H.T will be
used exclusively for this project. To make Edward H. Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History & Culture, 1101
