Mission:    To digitally capture and preserve Delmarva's rich and diverse heritage, traditions and culture ensuring future generations may learn of and appreciate our region’s historical legacy.

To televise these programs on PAC 14 Inc., the Public Access Television Channel serving the City of Salisbury and Wicomico County.

To create a digital archive of recorded video and audio materials and make them available on-demand on this website, as well as providing master copies (DVD's) available to local and regional libraries and educational institutions.

To work as rapidly as possible to ensure these materials are recorded for prosperity, before our local people, places, culture and traditions are lost forever.

Oversight:   The project will be managed by PAC 14 Incorporated, a non-profit 501c3 organization, which provides Public, Educational and Governmental Access television services to the City of Salisbury, Maryland and Wicomico County, Maryland.
A volunteer advisory committee will assist the PAC 14 Inc., Executive Director whom will select topics, and/or establish criteria, regarding the priority of subject matter. The Advisory Committee will also assist PAC 14 Inc., in developing long-term sustainable funding for the D.D.H.T initiative.
Subject Matter:   Projects will intially include the people, places, and traditons of our Wicomico community. The initiative will expand to include the entire Delmarva region once the resources, funds, and volunteers are available to make this possible. Every effort will be made to include the culture and traditions of our underserved communities while also considering the issues of urgency and diversity.
Funding:   Inital funding for this initiative has been provided by members of the cooperting organizations. Additional funds will be sought from other delmarva heritage organizations, state and local agencies, and individual regional and national grants. All funds for this project will be held by PAC 14 Inc., a 501c3 organization, thus all donations are charitable contributions.
